Cleansed
by Sarah Kane
directed by Garrett Allen

Grace arrives to collect her brother Graham’s remains at an institution that separates those deemed “undesirable” from society. Loss is just the beginning. In her grief, Grace takes Graham’s place at the institution and submits herself to psychic and bodily trials.  The ripples of Grace’s unexpected presence change everything and everyone around her. With extreme cruelty and beauty, Cleansed interrogates, stretches, and excavates the human capacity to love.
